you really are an autist aren't you? I make chili's, soups and stews and then freeze them in vacuum sealed bags, on a typical prep day I will make 4 large batches of different flavors of soups, chili's and stews, then I freeze them in labeled and dated vacuum sealed bags. Then it's as simple as grabbing a bag of whatever I feel like having for lunch at work on that day while headed out the door. Some of these stews and chili's take 4+ hours to cook, I'm not doing that every day for lunch and they taste a hell of a lot better than the taco bell, Subway and McDonald's my coworkers all seem to live off of.
