Any professional chefs on /ck/?

Do you still eat fastfood or junkfood? Or you do you only eat out at high quality restaurants and only prepare high quality meals with the finest ingredients?

I only use vegetable stock.
I prefer to make it myself but the low sodium sprouts brand one is good too.
Also, I never cook with excess fat, so no.

>My roommate came into some money lately and asked me to help him shop for groceries since he can never really shop well.
>Bring him to sprouts for produce and whole foods for boxed items and frozen meals
>buy 150$ worth, enough to last him a month, of very healthy and delicious food.
>He almost never touches any of the raw ingredients I bought for him, only eats the amy's meals and packaged food
>4lbs of grapes start to go bad in the fridge (and they cost 3.99lb here in utah :/ )

And thats he story of how I got 100$ of produce for free.
