My ex-girlfriend refuses to eat Indian food because "onions and garlic together hurt her tummy" but she has onion rings and Italian food with absurds amount of garlic and onions together all the time. The form of spice she has are hot cheetos and takis so I know she doesn't refuse to have Indian food because of the chili powder spice.

She also outright refuses to eat raw tomatoes and bell peppers, and reluctantly eats them when cooked. She says its a "texture" thing.

Distinctly I remember one time I took her to a Mediterranean restaurant. She purposely took like 10 minutes to look at the menu and look at certain dishes and make "grossed out faces" where she'd list out some ingredient and be make a contorted face. She'd say things like "damn this looks weird". This restaurant was not even expensive or fancy it jus had news award winning yogurt lamb dishes and ornate rice dishes with lots of cool cuts of meat and ingrdients but she instead ordered fucking Caesar salad and chicken tenders. AGHHHHHHH. LIKE BITCH I AM PAYING. I WANT US TO EXPLORE NEW CUISINES. YOU COULD HAVE LAMB SLOW COOKED IN AGED MEDITERANNEAN STYLE YOGURT BUT INSTEAD YOU CHOOSE A SALAD AND CHICKEN TENDERS.

I broke up with her last week though. She is mentally like a child and wanted to be treated like a child. I think she got off on it.
