These are all real and tasty! I'm happy to answer questions about any of them. Most of them are regional delicacies laverbread from Wales, pease pudding from Newcastle, bilberry jelly from Yorkshire etc.

I don't think one can really rank such a subjective thing as cuisines. I'm just trying to make the point that British cuisine is actually relatively rich with interesting recipes and is, at least for an unbiased and open minded cook, worth at least a cursory investigation
