I started drinking coffee just this past year. French press. light roasts. with salt and honey. Had more headaches and stomach aches early on, but now I love it.
Has anyone tried super-light roasts that are not widely available? Like where it's not even brown yet. I'm curious about the increased potency and tasting more of the natural flavor of the beans.
What do people think about french press or other less-filtered methods and increasing your dosage of cafestol? Should I be worried about developing high LDL cholesterol?
