The quality of a chicken establishment is directly proportional to the amount of bone-in chicken they serve compared to boneless. More bone-in=shit; less bone-in=decent. I'm not trying to denounce bone-in chicken; that's just the pattern I see with chicken restaurants.

No rating for Bojangles, as I only went once over a decade ago; and no rating for Raising Cane's, as I have never been.

Popeye's you would think would have all Black customers and employees. That's half true. All the employees are Black, but all the customers are White. Maybe it's because it can get sort of expensive depending on what you get.
