Hey, parsi bro... I finally got through to my grandma. Here is the REAL recipe.

Pupochki - Chicken gizzards in white onion sauce

> Wash chicken gizzards (stomachs) thoroughly, make sure they're clean.
> Fry them on a pan until browned (a few minutes)
> put the gizzards in an empty pot, and fill with water until barely covering them.
> add salt, pepper, and optional spices
> braise for 40 minutes to 1 hour! Or until the gizzards are tender!

> back in the frying pan, sautee some onions until transluscent
> add to the braising gizzards towards the end

> in a cup or bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons or Flour, with a half a cup of room temperature water
> (using hot water will cause the flour to bunch up into balls)
> mix until smooth

> add the sauteed onions, flour water mixture, some minced garlic, and aeromatic greens to the pot
> also add two tablespoons of sour cream to the pot
> (optional:) You can add some shredded cheese to make the sauce a little thicker and cheesier.
> cook for 5-10 minutes, not long. Just until the sauce comes all together and it looks ready.

This recipe also works with chicken hearts, turkey or duck hearts or stomachs, etc.
