I started making single doses cold brew goffee before going to sleep so in the morning I can make breakfast with a nice cold cuppa with whole milk.

These Caffelab Mexico beans I used are perfect, I ground them finer than the usual maximum coarse setting (today it was 4.6.0) and the flavour was rich and full bodied, a lot of caramel and malt, the body was chokky and the milk added a nice thick fatty texture.
