I'm going to Costco for the first time tomorrow, and am going to be cooking for two on a limited income for a while; what are some good things to pick up there, rather than anywhere else?

Also, crock pot recipes? I haven't used mine for ages. This sort of goes with the first question, as I'll need to buy things for the recipes.
