I actually just got a kingrinder k4, and my machine is a Breville duo temp. I ground them down with the k4 at I think 77 clicks? With that setting, it brewed a 1:2 ratio in about 30 seconds, but it's still quite sour/tart. Not sure if that's intended or if there's some processing there that doesn't suit espresso. Here's the back of the bag.
