Is there anything bad about letting your bread dry out?
I don't eat bread every day so I deliberately leave the bag open so my bread dries so it doesn't become moldy. I might have the bag on the table for two to three weeks before I eat all the bread. I also like how chewy and tough it becomes when it dries. Is there anything bad about this and why don't more people do it? seems really convenient.

It's true rye bread is the healthiest, and the tastiest when you know how to make a proper sandwich.

I wonder what a PBJ sandwich would taste if made with rye bread.
