>immediately start scramling and constantly scrape until it starts to cook on the bottom and you notice curds developing
if you want normie eggs
>keep scrambling constantly until desired hardness is achieved
if you want gordon ramsay-approved porridge-like eggos (highly recommend trying)
>when you see curds start to form, lift pan off heat and keep scrambling until homogenous, then put back on pan while scrambling continues. repeat until eggs are maximum jigglypuff porridge-like goodness
season with plenty of salt and pepper and wala
