ssi, you can still get a job and/or go to college, it's ssdi where you get more money and you aren't able to get a job/college or you'll be dropped.
at least I didn't grow up to be a fucking retard who is stuck in my ways and can't see past my nose

and disabled folk, weather on ssi or not, in general get paid less than minimum wage if they even MANAGE to get a job, do you support that instead? not being paid enough to live any kind of comfortable life anywhere unless you go for disability (which usually takes years to get, at least in my state)

either way what do you want from me? to get a job and yell at customers to get the fuck out of my head, maybe stab myself because there's now a 100% increase in activity, stress, and social interactions and my brain won't stop giving me painful unwelcome delusions, especially about the people I have to interact with for longer than 30 minutes, and let's admit it, the likely only job I'd be able to be hired by would be fast food or cashier or Wal-Mart greeter. inevitably, considering I've had public freakouts in the past, eventually I would assault someone or cause a scene and get sent away again

so which is it? be forced to work and end up with a criminal record, and just end up on said instead, or sit here with ssi and no criminal record?
