Short answer is yeah, definitely.

Look at how much omega-3 is packed in each of my cans of sardines and mackerel.

I buy the KO Mackerel with olive oil perhaps most frequently, and it's 3500mg of omega-3 per can.
That + no more smoking has, personally, greatly increased my cognitive abilities.
