Who the fuck goes to a restaurant for food that can easily be made at home?

This happens all the fucking time, what kind of chef are you? Or did you even read the thread thus far?

>creating marinades
>churching up cheap ramen with green onion
>chives for french scrambled eggs
>fresh cilantro for finishing all manner of dishes

Oh look I never touched a knife in any of these perfectly common scenarios. Furthermore, if you DID already have your knife and board out, they still need to be washed first anyway, and you're still losing time like a chump.

As in, dates are surprisingly sweet and contain more sugar than one would intuit. OP wanted an alternative to refined sugar products and suggested dates, therefore its worth mentioning this caveat to him.

>not making your own garlic sauce to dip the crusts in
The ones from the pizza places suck ass, they're way too oily. I like to mix in some marinara with my sauce.

> When a north african man enters my store for a picture of his passport and his bankcard is empty.

Happened way too many times.

As long as your oven isn't garbage tier at maintaining temps and you have perfected the technique (and little details like >>9277190) it's actually possible to get good results every time.
