Carnivore diet is absolute nonsense peddled by the "real man" type of idiot who equates diet to masculinity. Any real dietitian will tell you that you need a mix of protein, carbs and vegetables. You can't get all the nutrients you need only from meat. The only thing Carnivore diet will do is keep you from shitting.
