Coffee only makes you sleep deprived, less creative, less in tune with your emotions and less aware of of your surroundings.
Even a single cup in the morning will fuck you up. Believe me.
Drinking coffee is like intentionally giving yourself the side effects of obesity, sleep insomnia, and depression because its more fun then drinking water.
If you drink coffee on a daily basis, the caffeine doesn't even do anything for you. Its not coffee wakes you up, its that without your daily fix you're in a dead state.
So many people say they need coffee in the morning. They never think that the reason they need coffee is because they're addicted.
Ban coffee.
