How do I get firm sunnyside up eggs? I tried throwing water in the hot oil I was cooking the egg in and letting steam cook the yolk, but it still comes out runny

They're fucking vile. The egg white is burnt to a crisp underneath, it's bland as fuck and the only edible part is the yellow center, which feels like I'm eating a raw yolk. Like what the fuck? At least Overeasy cooks THE WHOLE FUCKING EGG.
