>First eggs are good, then eggs are cholesterol, then eggs are not _dietary_ cholesterol after al
Are you saying that recommendations change as nutritional science is developed?
No fucking shit, you old demented retard.

Let's look at some facts.
Dietary cholesterol is not serum cholesterol and has essentially a parabolic effect: eating too much OR too little dietary cholesterol can impact your serum cholesterol. Serum cholesterol is produced by your body as a reaction to inflammation caused by insulin spikes and high blood pressure as you eat your fifth slice of pie with a cup of coffee.
LDL, a phrase you certainly think you know what it means from Cheerios commercials, is not cholesterol. It is a type of lipoprotein that carries serum cholesterol to its intended location; LDL is associated with disease because you can find it where you find cardiac disease.
However, your body only makes the cholesterol it needs. The problem, then, is not the cholesterol, but what you're doing that causes high numbers of LDL particles to carry it around in your blood. Eating too much processed grain and starchy carbs spikes insulin, causing weak spots in your inflamed arteries, causing your body to respond with cholesterol to patch the holes.
About 25% of people or fewer are considered "hyperresponders" who are extremely sensitive to dietary cholesterol. This condition is thought to be genetic and heritable. This subset of people would hypothetically benefit from limiting dietary cholesterol but only because they're genetic trash, not because it is inherently bad.
In fact, without cholesterol, your hormones stop working, your cells weaken, and you no longer absorb many vitamins. It is a building block of your human body.

>the AHA
This is the dumbest shit you've said yet. The AHA is privately funded by donations from pharmaceutical companies. The AHA would gladly see you overload on carbs and start buying insulin shots and blood pressure medication full time.

>not being religious is now akin to being a criminal nigger
Post yfw you realize that niggers are the most religious race of peoples in the United States. Being a churchcuck is nigger territory these days. Atheism is the white thing to do.
