cheerwine is by far my fav but it's expensive compared to other sodas. so dr pepper is usually the go to, especially with salty kinds of snacks, or cheese, or pickles. but if it's something like pizza, i want more carbonation and pep so i have pepsi for greasy stuff like that.

I hear foods high in lectins eat holes in your stomach wall, leading to leaky gut, which leads to the symptoms in op's image. It's hard to say because people don't notice nutritional differences until after years of eating bad things. it's sad. our food has all kinds of chemicals and shit to worry about nowadays, and food that claim to not have it are 3 times as expensive. you can't win unless you're on the wealthier side.

At a restaurant? fuck no i never use table salt except to add a tiny bit to fries sometimes, especially super thick ones. pepper too.

But at home, i always put a little salt and pepper on my fried eggs after cooking, and sometimes on broccoli cauliflower or sugarsnap peas.
