I still love this "buttery cracker" 2016 Shou Mei from Verdant Tea. I think it has done well in my storage the past few months, too. Few of my other teas are as easy to sip and brew as this one. I don't like everything from them, but this one is still a solid pick. I'm tempted to grab two FuDing whites from Fullchea or elsewhere when I sip stuff like this, especially when my shous are hitting me like a truck late at night. I wonder if there are many fruity or dessert-like whites out there as well.
