Either tacos or mole.
Tacos of course I'd recommend, but you got to try authentic mexican street vendor tacos because the americanized hard shell taco blasphemy is nasty.
Mole (pic related) is also good but I prefer enmoladas,which are rolled chicken tacos dipped in mole sauce, over the traditional dish.
