cemitas from Puebla. they are hard to find in the states since the bread is specific, and the ones ive had in arizona were inferior to the originals, with poorly made milanesa, very little oaxaca cheese, no papalo herb, and not good enough quality jew bread. that being said in L.A. i found a food truck on sepulveda and national i think that had some pretty good ones, with the city being big enough they have bakeries making the bread.

the best mexican sandwich is the cemita from puebla. unfortunately the few i've found in the u.s. are shoddy imitations. i havent tried the ones ive seen are in l.a. but i wont be back to that shithole until the fall so..
