I found a yogurt in my icebox that is a month past its expiration date. Is it safe to eat?

In the spirit of folky debate, I'm just going to take a stab at this without referencing anything.

Any cooking vessel with shallow walls primarily used for dry heat cooking.

>skillet

A subset of pans that are heavier and more durable and are therefore suited for higher-heat cooking.

Also, colloquially a dish cooked and served in a skillet, often a breakfast "scramble" of eggs, cheese, etc.

They are also sometimes called skillet cakes. Sometimes flapjacks. My best guess is that they are all quick breads, usually leavened, cooked in a pan and that the primary difference is regional dialect. This is where I feel less confident-- there might be a real difference between a flapjack and a pancake, e.g. the diameter or thickness of the cake.
