Is using a sock to strain coffee grounds from a Moka pot coffee good for you?

also I just want to say that I've been brewing delicious cups with one of these cloth filters, bought it on a whim after running out of v60 paper filters. the water runs a bit too fast compared to paper but since the cone is longer and narrower the end result is about the same. plus it's reusable, ridiculously easy to wash, no need for additional ware since you can just hold it above the cup, and obviously really small and lightweight.
I started using the v60 because I like to bring it on bike rides, but this cloth filter is even more convenient, so I think I'll be switching permanently.
