I hope you can share industry secret with us why some green coffee beans are roasted to the dark roast level.
Be honest now.

Also why reputable roasting coffee houses never roast green coffee beans to 'dark' roast level, only to the 'medium' roast level, sometimes to the 'Full city' roast level.
But never to dark roast. Dark roast is burned charred coffee, simple as that.
There is a very good reason for reputable coffee roasting houses not roasting to dark roast.
Wonder if you will be honest with us and explain why is that..(unless you know shit about roasting coffee)

As to your claim that burned charred dark roast coffee is not carcinogenic anymore because gases are expelled is 100% pure bullshit.
Wonder why bakers can not sell burnt charred bread, or meat burnt charred to the point that is like a piece of coal.
Dark roasted coffee beans are like pieces of coals.
Yet dishonest coffee industry is selling that shit dark roasted coffee to unaware customers.
You fuckers know exactly why you are roasting some of the green coffee beans to dark roast level.
