I went vegan for a week and had a cart full of leafy veggies and fruit and one lady stopped and gave me a look of disgust and disappointment I felt such shame that it brought back out my panic attacks. I managed to leave the isle face flushed and dizzied, to make things even worse I about ran into her cart a few isles down in the frozen veggies isle trying to cool my face off. I couldn't just couldn't bring myself to even look out of place in a walmart with a cart full of greens. I understand that I should try to get over it but I can't help but care. I'm as of now enjoying a pizza.
