Okay! So for the very first step, I'll teach you how to make the infused oil!
What you'll need:
7-14g of your favorite flower
1 cup MCT oil, butter or coconut oil (though MCT works best here)
(Very easy)

Then you'll take your flower and oil, combine them in the crock pot and set it to "low" (or even "warm" if you're doing it for longer, 4 hours), then when the time comes, strain the oil and use it for whatever recipe you need!
