now that i'm a full time alcoholic i drink natty daddy. but my favorite type of beer is hefeweizen and to me the best brands are weihenstephaner, paulaner, and franziskaner in that order. american wheat beers are mostly crap so i avoid them.

if you want american swill that isn't bum beer i'd recommend good ole budweiser. it tastes mostly like water so it's pretty drinkable and is 5% which is standard for american pisswater.

then again, you can always swallow the malt liquor pill and go for the best drunk for your buck. natty daddy has almost the same alcohol/$ and alcohol/calorie ratio of hard liquor. 8.1% hurricane and steel reserve have way more calories than that. if you don't give a shit about being a fat alcoholic then just pic whichever tastes the best to you.
