I thought it was just a trope they invented for stock photos of tea. Doesn't necessarily taste better than the Chinese greens, but it looks a lot nicer than the yellowish Chinese teas.

Also, how is gyokuro compared to sencha? Is it worth the premium?

I don't know where people get the impression that /fit/ knows anything about healthy dieting. They're a bodybuilding board, their focus is on bodybuilding. Moot had to take the word "health" out of their board title and change it to just "fitness" because /fit/ is about the worst place in the world to discuss diet-related health
