Maybe it's wrong of me, but something has been bothering me lately.
Over the course of many years, a troubling trend has developed in the culinary worlds.
Despite the best intentions of chefs and cooks worldwide, this problem only seems to be getting worse.
So, what is the problem, you ask.

All the food we're eating is getting faker and faker!
Really, it seems like our food is becoming more artificial just to save some money.
Eventually, we're going to get to a point where we don't even eat real food, just chemicals moved around in a lab.

Never before in human history have people eaten such an artificial diet.
In some places, sure, handmade food products are regaining popularity.
Great, I say!
Great, SOME people are enjoying better food.
Except, it's way more expensive than the cheap fake shit.
Really, how are we going to fix this?
Solutions seem to be in short supply, and this problem needs a good one.
