they literally have the easiest job at a restaurant, yet they earn way more than some dudes who actually work in the back.

be it prep, busboys, cleaners, or some shitty places even cooks.

worked at a place where service staff made like 10 times in tips what i made as an actual cook, all they did was chat around, smile, serve the food while we had to do inventory, clean, prep, actually cook and deal with fucking customer complains.
