What is your favorite beginner friendly recipe? it can be a dish, a sauce, a dessert, anything.

Mine is a very simple garlic mayo, done with 2 eggs, 250 ml oil, 3 garlic cloves, parsley, lemon and salt to taste. You just toss everything into the blender and it's done in a couple of minutes. Perfect to do at someone's house to use along some appetizers.
