First cheesecake I have ever baked so I used this recipe. It came out tasty but not enough pumpkin so I'll probably use a full cup next time I cook this.

My question is what would it taste like if I used brown sugar instead of white and if I add too much pumpkin to it will it taste like shit?

Hey /ck/ guy from some other boards here. I saw this posted a while ago and I just decided to make it and its in the oven right now. That being said I have a lot of that pumpkin stuff left over, any suggestions on what to do with it?
