I'm not going to tell you how to live your life, but spreading dough in a cast iron skillet is easier for me than trying to freeform a circle.

Yes, it was just normal dough. And it was baked in the pan, not the stovetop if that's what you're wondering. Another one, but with butter in the dough instead of oil. It's also a bit shinier because it was fresh out of the oven. I cover my pizzas in grated pecorino romano or parmigiano reggiano right after I take the pictures.
