Has anyone on this board ever gotten sick from eating Brazil Nuts? Or had any kind of adverse reaction from consuming it in any amount? I've been eating them recently and have felt fine, then I go online and see tons of articles fear mongering how they're "extremely toxic due to selenium levels". BOLLOCKS!!!!
