Thanks, it's super simple actually, i cheat a little and use poc related

- heat up oil and add garlic(you can skip this)
- Brown some minced beef
- add sauce and some water (careful with the sauce portion, 1 spoon should do)
- put in some potato starch mixed with water (to thicken the sauce)
- put in soft tofu (no need to cut them into cube, dump the whole tofu in without the water, and break it with your wooden spetula while mixing everything together)
- add green onion

It makes you eat shit ton of rice
