Last time I did this I rolled Guyana and decided to make a metemgee - pic related - and then I threw out my back and had to lay flat for four days and had a lot of pain for weeks after and then never got around to making it.

My point is that the wound is still too fresh even though that was over a year ago, so I can't help you, OP.

I got Guyana. After doing a bit of research I think I will try to make metemgee. It is a kind of creole stew with yam, okra, dumplings, cassava, and plantains in a peppery coconut milk sauce, served with a side of fried fish.

This is definitely going to be one of the weirdest things I've ever made.
