You know for most people just thinking about what they are eating is enough to fix the first three. Americans have somehow deluded themselves into thinking they eat normal portions. If they start counting calories they will see quick, fast, and in a hurry that they are eating more than they should. As long as they keep tracking that shit has a tendency to unfuck itself.

Too bad all amerimutts are lazy, stupid, and/or arrogant and it never works out.
