Feeling alright. Need me some good videogames to distract me. I like shooters and Squad seems pretty cool but it's hard to play intoxicated. Serious Sam seems more my jam.

Productive day. During my lunch break I got a prescription for naltrexone and set up an appointment with an alcohol and tobacco counselor, and put myself on a waiting list for a psychiatrist to help me out with my ocd. Papa-bless the Australian healthcare system.

I need to find something else to do other than drink when I'm bored. I'm 30ish and videogames don't appeal to me and I have no friends.
