That's never happened. The last big Monsanto lawsuit was against a farmer who bought up soybeans from the local grain elevator to replant, and then sprayed the field with RoundUp to kill off all the ones that weren't GMO.

Funny, you'd think that you "muh Monsanto is de debbil!" types would want to lynch that farmer too. But then you might actually have to read the court ruling instead of just making shit up.
