when I fry a large amount of anything that needs to stay crispy I stagger cook it in the oven.

so I leave the ones that fry first less cooked and they cook in the oven, as I fry more I cook them progressively more in the oil so everything comes out equally hot juicy crispy by meal time.

yes I am over 9000iq
