Actually is machaca + tomate + onion + chile poblano + garlic + salt, all cooked in olive oil.

Machaca is a kind of dry beef meat that has been shredded. It can be prepared in different ways, like the one showed in the last pic. You can also eat scrambled eggs with machaca, and surely there are some more recipes..

This is how machaca looks like, it tastes good that way (but kinda salty).
