Anyone use camellia sinensis over at Canada? What's your favourite tea? I'll always like a nice rooibos or an oolong, but I'll try anything that looks interesting!

Currently watching Treasures of Chinese Porcelain (it's some british documentary) on youtube. I enjoy the fact that centuries of human sacrifice and strife have gone into my tea and teaware. It's quite cozy.
