I went 6 months without any form of added sugar or artificial sugar in any of my food/drink. I was like a crack addict for 6 months, the cravings never ended. I ate tons of fruit though. Physically it was fucking amazing and my endurance skyrocketed. I could do 200 chinups without breaking a sweat. Before I could only do like 75-90. It also felt like I could run forever. Also the mental "fog" was gone and I had less mental fatigue when doing complex stuff.

they're fuckin awesome, good for frozen foods. basically cooks things that you would cook in the oven in just half the time. Fast food joints use large, industrial versions these to make frozen stuff in mere minutes. Is it good eats, probably not, but it beats waiting for a full size oven to preheat and bake a plate of fries for 18 mins when you can do it in 9.
