>Be college student with no cooking knowledge
>Decide to make baked chicken breast with cream of chicken and herb soup
>Chicken was cut relatively thin
>Put into metal pan
>bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping chicken every 15 minutes
>came out rubbery, almost crunchy in the thicker parts

Did I overcook it? The oven in my dorm is pretty old and shitty.
