Today I bought ground kangaroo, ground ostrich, and ground rabbit (not quite exotic but not an everyday item)

What should I do with them? Last time I had ground ostrich I made burgers, they're good. Is that the best way to go for all of these?

I have COVID and now I can't smell anything at all and can only taste certain things and at a 90% reduced intensity. I cannot taste spiciness or even register the capsaicin (I felt it on my lips but not my tongue or throat), but I was able to enjoy a piece of extremely dark chocolate. I can taste only the fat from meats, but none of the herbs or spices or meaty flavor. I cannot taste salt but I was able to discern a mild sweetness from what I was later told was a very sour pineapple.

What would you do with this lame superpower?
What should I eat to try and get my smell and taste back? Or to take advantage of it while it is gone?

I don't see any problem with my participation. All the host does is post the threads and keep the rules which I sought help in writing, posted at the beginning, and have not deviated from. I'm not the judge, the arbiter, or the gatekeeper.
I'm trying to keep things level and fair to all contestants, and to incorporate constructive input; but your incessant bitching is not constructive input.
