Had some leftover pineapple so i made pic related. Actually made one for my gf once, but it became of of my personal favourites for summer.
Put in 60ml rum, 20ml lime juice, 30ml honey syrup, 15ml peach liquer, 60ml mint leaves, 5 small pineapple chunks and 150ml crushed ice. Just tastes like a smoothie.
