try whacking a tin of cat food grade tuna into broken up ramen in a plastic bowl. oil too. now add the beef sachet. half fill with boiling water and eat while it's still crunchy. more than enough carbs and protein to survive another day of the farm. salty? sure. but even basic farm tips like loose shirts, no bra or belt etcetera will counter that. and always, always stay hydrated.

like a Chernobyl grade sharp beef stock sickly paste with a tiny dash of sweet with all that Unami. literally made from the yeast runoff from beer. tastes like it sounds; delicious.
