i dont get it
why does a dominos in a town of 10k need a bot
why does it need to outsource its phone calls when there's so much goddamned downtime in a town like this
i fucking WORKED THERE BEFORE and taking an order over the phone takes all of 2 minutes max

I'm not about to try fighting through either an automated system or a guy taking a call from 8000 miles away that i can't understand and would never even dream of giving my debit card info to. Even if you're telling the truth about a bot, why the FUCK would you give a bot an accent so universally reviled and impossible to understand that most people will give up and order elsewhere? There's no way this shit can save the company as a whole money considering calls were normally taken by employees during the fuckton of downtime.

I wouldn't even really care that much if i could just order online but oh wait, every time i've tried it says "an error occurred, call the store." That's a good joke considering i CANT call the store. I just want a goddamned pizza, why is it so hard to get one?
